Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 large eggs

Detailed Instructions
- Preheat the oven
- Set oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a small loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Mash the bananas
- Peel bananas and place them in a bowl.
- Mash very well with a fork until smooth and creamy (no big lumps).
- Add the eggs
- Crack eggs directly into the mashed bananas.
- Whisk vigorously until fully combined and slightly frothy.
- The batter will be thin—this is normal.
- Pour and level
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Gently tap the pan on the counter to remove air bubbles.
- Bake
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, until set in the center and lightly golden on top.
- A toothpick should come out mostly clean.
- Cool properly
- Let bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a rack.
- Slice once completely cooled for best texture.
Creamy Center (Like the Picture – Optional Upgrade)
Mix together:
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- 1–2 tbsp honey or sweetener
How to add it:
- Pour half the banana batter into the pan
- Spread cream cheese mixture evenly
- Top with remaining batter
- Bake as usual
